What American accent do you have? Your Result: The Midland
"You have a Midland accent" is just another way of saying "you don't have an accent." You probably are from the Midland (Pennsylvania, southern Ohio, southern Indiana, southern Illinois, and Missouri) but then for all we know you could be from Florida or Charleston or one of those big southern cities like Atlanta or Dallas. You have a good voice for TV and radio. | |

Now, I should make it clear that I have lived my entire life in Idaho, so I sure am surprised by where this quiz thinks I might be from! Oh well. At least they think I sound good on TV and radio.

Fun quiz! I got the same "Midland" score as you, but of course I'm from Southern Ohio. :)

LOL, Robin. I, too, put this quiz on my blog the other day. When I took it, they nailed me exactly. Upper North or something like that, saying I probably think I have no accent at all, but am often asked if I'm from Chicago or Wisconsin. I was raised in Wisconsin but have lived in the Chicago area for over thirty years now.
It's a fun little quiz.
